AFFRESCO is a Destination Management Company whose core business is based on the planning and arrangement of special events, incentive and motivation activities, congress and conventions.
From our headquarters in Florence and our branch offices in Venice, we operate on the whole of Italy.
Our major business areas are banks, insurance companies, automobile companies, trade goods companies, and we are well experienced in the Anglo-American and French markets.

Carolina Santarelli - President & Managing Director
Graduated with honours in Political Sciences at the Luiss University of Rome, she founded Affresco in 1993, coupling her strategic vision of business with a great enthusiasm for her working activity and with a thorough devotion to her clients and partners.
She is the creative brain of the company, always looking for innovation. During the years she has improved and strengthened the professional skills of Affresco's human resources.

Alessandra Ducci - General Manager
After years of experience in the congress and incentive sector, she joined Affresco in 2001, taking on different key roles, to become Chief of Human Resources and Global Events Coordinator, with a special focus on the Italian market.
Laura Neri - Senior Account Manager
After several years of experience in the hospitality sector, she has recently joined Affresco where she closely collaborates with Alessandra Ducci on the implementation of projects for the Italian market.

ANGLO-AMERICAN MARKET
Daniela Boni – Anglo American Market Manager
With a multy-year experience in the congress sector, incoming and outgoing, she has been working for Affresco since 1997, directly managing English-speaking top clients, from the planning phase to the implementation phase.
Carlotta Ferrari – Senior Account Manager and Chic&Shop Project Manager.
Graduated in Political Sciences, she joined Affresco in 2000, specializing her activity in the event and incentive sector for the Anglo-American market. She has been responsible for Affresco's individual clients for one year, and she implemented the launch of the project “Chic&Shop” on which she currently works.
Sandra Cattelani - Senior Account Manager.
Consultant in Incoming Special Event Creation and Management, she has been working for Affresco for two years.
